The reason I give it a 4/5 stars is when you go there, you have to look out for the following: 1. Some of the treadmills, if you push them too hard. For example 12.0 mph the treadmills will eventually turn off while you do cardio 2. If it rains, sometimes the roof leaks and only 2 spots that I know of leak and they put buckets 3. For anyone that wants to use the sauna. Please don't add water to the machine. Because that just messes it up more and only provide a little heat that smells like something burning while cooking.... read more
I give it five stars because of our personal trainer, Isaiah. He makes it 5 stars! He listens and adjust our meal plans and macros so that we get results plus he pushes us to lift heavier than we could ever imagine we could. At 55 and 59 we are stronger than we have ever been thanks to him! Now management at this location leaves a lot to be desired!! Massage chairs are continuously broken and so is the body scan machine. Management constantly pushes for more memberships but needs to worry about losing its current ones... read more
I love the staff. My personal trainer has helped me in various ways. From feeling confident, to pushing me one more rep, teaching me how the machines work, letting me know how my form should be, to how my diet needs to be. I’m very content with how my gym journey has been going. Definitely recommend this place to everyone & anyone who has been wanting to start but feels uneasy about it. Plus it has a childcare that every so often hosts a parents night out! How divine is that!? I love my gym.
I love this gym. I stopped coming and just got my membership back. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. I do have one minor complaint… I’ve always disliked how they never programmed the tvs. LThey’re all on the repeat tv ad, in settings, or looking for a connection. That’s literally all that’s missing from this gym…. Pls just take the time to put anything else on. Could be the news for all I care!
Arlette and Hailey were very helpful and kind. They offered a tour and what would be available for me to use through my program. Hailey offered to help me in any thing I may need here at the gym. I am looking forward to starting my journey to help myself feel better and stay fit. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and supported.
