Almost everything is reasonable: price, gym equipment, etc. However, the fact that they automatically sign you up for the TruFit+ app free trial that will automatically renew and charge you when the trial is up is a pretty nasty dark pattern and really turned me off to an otherwise unoffensive company. This is made worse once you find out that there is no way to unsubscribe in the app the only way is to talk to the front desk or send an email to management. Experience was great, helpful, and stress free. Alex C. Seemed to genuinely want to help, and it made me excited about reaching my fitness goals.
Loving the place so far, the gym has lots of room, just wish they would change the pool area to a women area or get the pool fixed. I understand the employees are not responsible for this so maybe someone in the upper position can push this idea along.
