The operations manager is very sweet and does all she can to be helpful. I can’t say much for the general managers. The assistant GM is down right cocky and rude. She needs to be let go. The kids club ladies are very nice and good with the kids. The club has started playing the music way too LOUD so much so it is aggravating.

I absolutely love the front desk clerk in the afternoons as she is super friendly, polite and welcoming. They have started playing the music in the club WAY too loud to where no one can talk to another. The assistant general manager throws her title around too much but doesn’t do anything to earn respect. In fact , she is rather disgusting.
