Great gym with good equipment but my trainer got moved to another gym and then brought back and we where told we can’t train with his anymore

Q: How many Trufit employees does it take to fix a cable press down machine? A: Only God knows! Some machines have been broken for going on a year and still aren’t fixed. But Trufit management assures us that “we’re working on it!” So, I’m sure it’ll be done any day now. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

They wrote a FAKE REVIEW using my name and email from my Trufit account. Someone in the company is wrote a review on birdeye, which I discovered after I received an email saying the company responded to "my review." It was posted an hour after I left the gym. The fake review said "The girl that signed me on was so nice and friendly." I did NOT talk or interact with any of the staff during my visit.
