I just want to recognize the beautiful lady at the front desk, Ms. Genevieve, she is always so sweet and welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about the members. The crappy management should take lessons from her as the GM and his assistant are rude and uncaring.

The sweet lady at the front desk is amazing. She is always so courteous and helpful and treats the members on special occasions. I can’t say much for management as I’ve not had any pleasant experiences with any of them. Too many machines down all of the time.
