I’ve visited the villa maria location twice and each time I’ve come everyone has been so friendly and the O Manger and staff always very helpful .

I haven’t been to the gym in a long time. I can say from the time i walked in the staff (younger looking gentleman) was welcoming greeted me and saw that i was a new member thanked me for joining and hoped i had a great work out. Equipment is clean. Love the woman’s area i felt comfortable.
I haven’t been going long but I really like it I told my self I would go 3 time a week but I find myself there everyday it’s peaceful and very enjoyable. The staff is cool and very welcoming..
