Extremely disappointing experience and unprofessional management I had a terrible experience at TruFit Athletic Clubs – Ware Rd Exp 83. My husband and I were misled from the very beginning. We signed up under the impression that we had a 7-day trial, which we later found out “wasn’t active” — and were instead pressured into a full membership, with the promise that we could cancel within 3 days.
