Service tech ALI is a young, energetic individual with personality in this profession. I do not like bugs and I usually have a bug of the weak population for a targeted treatment. He takes on my funny bug challenges. He’s a high communicater always letting me know when he’s about 20 minutes away. Tru Force has been our pest contractor for five years. Don’t mess with a good thing!

Ali called before coming. He was friendly and thorough. He answered my questions and when I pointed out something that I was concerned with, he took care of it. I so appreciated that he put booties over his shoes when he entered my home to spray.

As an update on 6/15/26 Raymond deserves a raise! He has kept my interior scorpion free now for I think it is going on 3 yrs. He is now looking at a gnat infestation I have going on with a renter who leaves food/trash every where. He is the most thorough pest rep I have had in all my years. I just can't continue to say enough about him. I have had him as my rep now for 4 yrs or so now. I'm getting old and losing track of time, but all I know is I can count on Raymond every single time!
