I've been a 4 year client at Montrose where you don't have many bug issues (I'd like to be protected in case) Regardless, I keep having roaches periodically, so I have them treat my house indoors occasionally. The technician made a big dent in the last treatment on my closet wall. Their tech supervisor said he needed to see it, but he was too busy for the next week or so. We have two properties w/ True Force & this company is amazing! I’ve never had an issue contacting someone. Today our home was serviced by Nate. He called ahead w/ an ETA, arrived promptly, & was respectful of the property! Can’t recommend this company enough!
TruForce consistently drops the ball, doesn’t complete the service as sold and advertised and then holds the customer accountable for their shortfalls. Having used them for over a year at three locations, the techs simply get worse and the admin is the cause. This last time, they skipped half of the service and when informed at their request for payment, they rescheduled only to show up with faulty equipment and promise to return on another scheduled date. Roy is awesome! Super quick and very nice. He came on a very rainy day where we were planning to reschedule due to the weather, but I had an ant infestation in my home that morning. He promised to come and spray the inside at the least and I appreciate that so much!!
