Normally I get a text that the tech is on the way so I can be here. Our regular tech has left, I don’t even know who was here…, or if he went into the backyard and serviced it. I needed the garage done, but I wasn’t home. That’s why I usually get a text, so I can plan accordingly. I also usually get an invoice per email, nothing. I won’t pay for a 5 min, if even that, service for our tiny front yard. So for that I can’t give 5 stars

Highly skilled and knowledgeable technician easily put us at ease when he quickly found the source of our problem with biting insects. We feel that we're in good hands because he took care of the problem so quickly and put us at ease. Very personable technician who knows his craft extremely well.
