Thanks so much. It was a pleasant experience. The only thing I would request E Mortgage is to lower the appraisal cost. This small condo of 2 bedroom should cost maximum $400 appraisal cost. E Mortgage hired appraiser, that cost me $645 which is way high!!! Similarly, wire charges of $175 is too costly. Just one wire and one FedEx were done for this transaction, and charged $175, which is way high.
The ease of completing the process was the greatest experience.
