I was diagnosed with RA 15 years ago. I have been on several biologics, steroids, and pain medication since I was diagnosed. for many years the RA was pretty much under controlled, however during that time there was continued multiple joint damage. last year the biologics stopped being effective. RecommendedHi, Just thought I would send you a little update. Joe has been back in OT & PT for about 5 weeks now. His OT is going very well. He can now completely dress himself (I had to put his socks & long sleeve shirts on before), he showers independently, he is getting more strength and use of his affected arm. PT is also going quite well. His memory seems to be improving as well. I'm thinking this is because of the stem cell therapy. Everyone was very informative and honest. Please do your research when selecting a Stem Cell facility. This is the only place I could find in the U.S. that has a PhD Neuroscientist on staff! They have done their research and put the patient first. The care and compassion of the staff really helped make my visit a pleasant one. I am a little over one month post treatment and I am already seeing improvements after being diagnosed with MS about a year ago.
