Brad was professional, friendly and explained everything he did. Great job!
Very friendly sales person who did the evaluation. $1,700 to put metal sheets into the soffit areas where birds kept trying to build nests. We were told they will give you higher bids depending on what neighborhood you live in. They were substantially more expensive than other bids we received. The only company that came close to their quoted price also included rodent mesh on roof turbines, placing rodent barriers on the sewer stacks, barriers on vents & fixing caulking areas.
