The worse customer service. No body can help you you call and nobody cant give any answers. Is hard to get help when you need after surgery. They always say we call you back and they never do
I went there today for the first time and I received the worse customer service experience ever I gave the receptionist my insurance over the phone. As soon as I got to the office the lady at the desk said to me my insurance was terminated not even double checking with me to see if the information was correct even after I told her that there was no way my insurance was terminated because I had just checked my benefits online.
