Pacifica is a nice place; clean, beautiful outdoor spaces, and good food. The most important factor though is the quality of care provided, and Pacifica has caregivers who truly care about the residents and who provide good quality care every day. NOTHING is more important than having compassionate caregivers, and Pacifica does!

The staff is hard working and exceptional. They deal with difficult residents professionally with a nurturing and caring attitude. They are well informed about the resident individual needs and peculiarities. The administrative staff is helpful and efficient. Their sharing of information gave me a comfort level that said loudly, "my sister is in the right place".
I moved my mom here from a different memory care facility and my only regret is that I did not move her sooner. Pacifica staff recognizes the challenges-physical, mental, and emotional-that are brought on by Alzheimer's. They do not simply warehouse residents via medication but instead appear to have the training and staff to anticipate/recognize that each resident is a human. The medical staff here are amazing in addition to the administration staff who are present and visible. The site is very clean.
