I have a hard inquiry on my credit after they assured me id be approved for the property. They are so cold hearted they didn’t care to let me explain my unique circumstances regarding a remark on my credit report. I make more than enough money to rent here but I assume they just wanted to collect my application fee and waste my time. I’m seeing a lot of reviews about rats which I'm terrified of so I got lucky because of their heartlessness. No thank you to the rats! I’m glad you passed up on a good tenant.

Management is a complete and utter joke. Do not move here. You will regret paying their rent and the absurd requirements. One reviewer mentioned rats in the basement. YEAH. They have you park your vehicle in the basement. They will get in your car and DESTROY your vehicle seats and even worse, wiring.

Kenmore Development has been a top notch customer service driven company. When a work order is made, they respond quickly and efficiently. The maintenance men always come to work with a smile and with a service attitude. I know that people can be demanding, disrespectful even. Absolutely horrendous. Do not rent here. The landlord is a cheap slum lord. Non of the windows have screens. Several did not have locks. I put in a service order every month for 6 months to repair the tub that was not draining and leaking. The kitchen is so tiny with sero counter space. Heat is only turned on when it is below freezing regardless on complaints, wind, and snow. Multiple drafts. Maintenance does not respond to URGENT requests either. I absolutely loved living in these Townhouses. My neighbors were friendly and sociable. Maintenance was at my beckoned call. I love having the garage especially in the winter. By far, this was the most comfortable home I lived in since I sold my own home 25 years ago.
