Never hire Christians. The will do a crap job, have a million excuses and then expect full pay and and forgiveness for doing a crap job. I would give them negative stars if I could
Worst business experience I have ever had with a “professional” company. Supposed to start our project on Thursday , can’t come. Friday.... can’t come. Will get an “A+” job Saturday. They come and then tell me they “just can’t start the job today” after arriving without supplies and standing in my yard, on the phone for 40 minutes.
Let me start off by saying the painters get 5 stars. They did an excellent job. Onto why I give this company a 1 star and will not recommend them to anyone. I got a quote about replacing/repairing wood root and painting. There was one spot in particular I wanted replaced and it was not replaced. This was in my contract to replace so it’s not like I was adding on once the project was complete. My one day was started one month ago, my trim is still not completed inside or out. I’m having my second open house with this work incomplete. Complete ball dropping here. I call to complain of this issue, a guy calls back, makes promises and never follows through. Always excuses.
A nightmare of a project with this company. Chronic issues of no one calling us back after days and days, including the front desk. Our own project manager completely forgot about us. Sub-par work done, has taken a month and a half to finish a set of small projects. Took days off work only to have them cancel last minute and not reschedule. Had to babysit and beat heads together to get these people to do the job we paid them for.
