Get directionsShe has only been there over night. Didn't see much to rate on. The nurse or attendant to assist with being and changing her. Etc. Was very good and helpful. Physical therapy was rougher than I thought for first day with someone 90 yes old. Just out of major surgery. And the food was not fit for some one who had swallowing issue with hurneia.. so at the middle of first day. Discussion to send her home was made. I wish we cc had ,had time to seek out another place for her. But hospital approved this and sent us there.

Hospital did not tell any family where they were sending my daughter. Do hope you do a better job of communicating than they did Have hopes that you can get ronda up and going. Will give a review when you have some success with her.

Pleased with the care our relative’s receiving. She is also enjoying the food. The environment appears to be kept clean and smelling fresh. Happy to see that updates were being done to the flooring. The staff is very attentive to her and they provide support to us, as family, too.

People are willing to help you but they can seldom able to get back to you in a timely manner because of other obligations. So you end up waiting an hour or so more.

Founders facility to be dark, the dark carpet I could not understand how you kept it clean, the room had no phone, the furniture in the room was sparse and looked like it had just been thrown into the room without any arrangement ……. No chairs for guest, the windows were dirty. Your staff seemed to be very nice and friendly.
