All the personnel were very responsive and prompt. The food was like an American buffet. My room was comfortable and clean. The nurses were kind and listened to my requests. The doctor was knowledgeable and helpful. The PT department was very good. I was able to remember what they were advising and do even more than they were asking. My experience was good and truly effective for returning me to health.

She has only been there over night. Didn't see much to rate on. The nurse or attendant to assist with being and changing her. Etc. Was very good and helpful. Physical therapy was rougher than I thought for first day with someone 90 yes old. Just out of major surgery. And the food was not fit for some one who had swallowing issue with hurneia.. so at the middle of first day. Discussion to send her home was made. I wish we cc had ,had time to seek out another place for her. But hospital approved this and sent us there.

Staff is great friendly and caring. .very nice Staff and the food is great 👍 therapy program is excellent and caring.i rate as 5.abd would recommend for short term or long term care.also offer activities

Hospital did not tell any family where they were sending my daughter. Do hope you do a better job of communicating than they did Have hopes that you can get ronda up and going. Will give a review when you have some success with her.

Pleased with the care our relative’s receiving. She is also enjoying the food. The environment appears to be kept clean and smelling fresh. Happy to see that updates were being done to the flooring. The staff is very attentive to her and they provide support to us, as family, too.

Need staff to be more attentive to patients! And to look more professional! Need customer service training! And to be more clean in the rooms ! Nicer clean bedding !

In lots of ways ! your administration is on point ! But the staff definitely needs customer service skills ! was not attended to patients had to wait to long after ringing button ! For help ! did not keep room clean soiled potty porter and stool and cold water for hot ! Not clean linen stained old blanket need a new make over! would not recommend anyone there !

Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty. No oxygen machine ready. Had to go find one,then took an hour to fix it and get it equipped with saline. None of my meds were there and ready. The head nurse had not even read my file to see what my needs were,and admitted that to me while I was waiting on my ride to leave. There is not enough room here to write it all,but I won't be back,and I won't recommend.
