Super friendly people to deal with and our bathrooms both look awesome! Installers were so friendly and knowledgeable and made it so easy for us!! Would totally recommend them moving forward!

The installer of our tub to shower conversion was incredibly fast and very skilled. John ** was efficient, friendly and did a thorough cleanup. After meeting with 5 other outfits who offer same type of service, I am very pleased with Tundraland and their people. Nice to have the entire job done in one day!
We contracted with Tundraland Home Improvements to replace our old bathtub with a new tub and a shower surround. Katelyn and Nick arrived on time. They were pleasant and professional, and worked very hard to install our new shower and tub.There was a short delay while they waited for the plumber to do his work. Our shower was installed on May 10,2021. We thought we had made a great purchase. On August 7th, I noticed a panel letting loose from the wall and called Tundraland about our problem. Since that time we have learned our shower has been leaking since the install. This shower is over a crawl space and went unnoticed. Tundraland has sent two servicemen to access the problem along with a plumber. We are unable to use the shower as it's been partially taken apart. I dont know how they got my information but their sales tactics are harassing. They were calling me 4-8 times a day, every single day. When I asked them to take me off of their list, delete my information, and not sell or transfer it to any other entity, they continued to ask questions about my bath remodel project, insisting I give them information before they would even respond to my repeated request to be removed and have no further contact. This company obviously went from a ***utable business to a nose dive according to the past reviews. It appears to have started in 2026, unfortunately for us, the year we signed up for their service. There is something very shady and scary suspicious about a company that the service *** only deals with one via text message. Then the so-called service department calls to cancel a service date the day before they were to come to resolve 5 issues. Had bathroom/shower remodel about yr ago. One wall developed a crack. They came to repair/redo the wall and ended up leaving the whole surround worse. They have sent 2 men to document the issues and have been waiting over 3 months for a reply. I have called numerous times, get an answering service, leave my concerns and no one gets back to me. This is one of the worst company I've have ever had to deal with. They were suppose to install a Jacuzzi walk in shower. The cost is close to $16,000. We started the process in December 2025, today is April 20, 2026. The install originally was for January 20, they couldn't get a plumber so it was changed to February 4th. One person to install, worked all day but parts were broken so had to return on the 14th. Shower didn't drain, floor was slick, floor was not the right size and the caulking had holes in it.
