I had originally given a 3 star review when asked to, through an email request from Turfmark, right after I signed up as a new customer. I have a nagging dallis grass issue that two other companies have not been able to help me with and Turfmark has committed to solve and therefore, I could not give a full 5 star review right off the bat. I have just begun service with Turfmark and the first application just went on my lawn this week. I have brought attention to the Dallas grass issue. I have in my front yard before I ever signed up and was guaranteed it would be eliminated rather quickly we’ll see… Hopefully my account has been flagged for any Special applications for this tough grass that I’ve been dealing with with two other companies for three years. Hopefully it will soon be gone.
I received a call from a representative that was applying treatment to my yard, he notified me that his blower was inoperable, and another crew would be by later to clean up. Great company with top notch people and communication.
