The Williams team is such a great group to work with. Brett is on it and a solid individual! He and the other members were very helpful through the entire process. Turner was helpful throughout the process of buying our first home. He met with us to talk through our finances, worked with the selling agent to assure her that our finances wouldn't be an issue, and helped with getting all documentation to the underwriter. We enjoyed working with him.

We are new to Colorado and were unfamiliar with the borrowing process. The team was incredibly supportive from start to finish. They kept us apprised of what was going on, what documents were needed and how to upload them to the appropriate site. (We are "mature" adults and are technologically challenged.) Most importantly, they are incredibly patient, forthcoming and truly care about their clients. We would definitely recommend them.

This was a pretty painless procedure. We could probably have done this locally for a bit less money and a bit quicker, but this his team did a great job of smoothing out bumps in the road. A last-minute error in the paperwork could have really buggered things up, but the Williams Team quickly did what was needed to put our closing back on track. Whew! Nice job, folks.
