We are new to Colorado and were unfamiliar with the borrowing process. The team was incredibly supportive from start to finish. This was a pretty painless procedure. We could probably have done this locally for a bit less money and a bit quicker, but this his team did a great job of smoothing out bumps in the road. A last-minute error in the paperwork could have really buggered things up, but the Williams Team quickly did what was needed to put our closing back on track. Whew! Nice job, folks.
