Despite all the challenges associated with a fourteen hour time zones difference, the start of a recession, Covid-19, public holidays, logistics, and the US Embassy in Singapore shutting down notary services to citizens, Turner's team worked together to close my cash out refinance. Turner and his team were great to work with! They gave us all the time we needed to make sure we lined up the right mortgage for us, took time to explain and address our questions, and it was a smooth process all the way to closing on our first Denver property. On one occasion, we had scheduled a 1 hour meeting with Turner and he gave us 2 hours of his time - no problem at all! He was committed to us and the whole team had that passion as well. We would definitely use them again!
