Nice and clean facility with good variety of storage sizes to choose from. Got an excellent service from their office rep when signing up. Very patient and informative.. They have carts to help with unloading. I just rented so this is all I can offer right now but liking it so far.
I moved from a unit in Anaheim which was in disrepair and not in a safe area to this one in Tustin. Carlo was a great help and took care of everything in a very professional manner. I'm very happy with my new location. It is clean , bright and in a very safe area. They gave me a great move in deal and with use of their truck, i think this will be my best move yet. Karen Mac
Had two units here from about Feb 2019 to Nov 2021. They are the best price for the size and features in the area. Decent security and clean hallways. Only detractors are the limited hours of access--they close around 7pm most days and inaccessible on the "major" holidays, which was hard to check what holidays that included. Only other issue was the seemingly annual raising of the rate which was ONLY communicated via snail mail even though staff would call to remind about payments. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
