From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was greeted with such kindness. I appreciate this team for always working with a smile and making me feel st home. I waited about two hours for my car because I did have a couple of service I needed to get done but the time went by extremely fast. Wya to go Tustin for finally stepping up your service game! I’ve always had bad experiences with dealerships I try not to take my car in for anything but my vehicle had a recall and I was forced to bring in. Wasn’t expecting much honestly thought they were just going to have me sing and call it a day. But no they explained the recall what it was for the wait time and how they were going to do an inspection just in case my vehicle needed anything else. This dealership always provides us with amazing service. I really wish they had their car wash back up but the service here is still exceptional. I always go with Jeff or Cash and they are always so kind and helping. I appreciate them going through everything with me and I appreciate their honesty. Thank you to this service team for being the best Nissan team I have ever seen. I have been coming to them for years and they had a hit of a bumpy road for a while but with the manager they have now is amazing. He helped me so much with my issues I was in a rush to get back to work and they made the process so smooth and super fast thank you Tustin!

This is the best Nissan dealership by far. Their service department is super friendly. They have two managers on sit at their service department so if you have any issues one of them will gladly help you out. I had no issues thankfully but I did get a chance to meet them both. Their team is so helpful. They have a new thing where they send you videos of the inspection they do on your car. I come here and Downey Nissan I don’t think it’s the same owner anymore but the team at Tustin is still under great ownership because they still care about their customers. Make the drive and feel appreciated they will take care of you. I bought my car here now I get it serviced here and it’s just amazing service could not be happier.

I came in because I had a half off coupon for an oil change. The message did say 30 days after it was sent and it was 30 days exactly they still honored it. I came in and was greeted by a friendly gentlemen who has a funny name “Cash.” He honored my coupon and explained to me the services my car needed because of the miles and since the last time I came in.
