To get to a live person in cancellation to their services to get to billing department takes Forever and the automated machine goes on and on repeat mode it’s annoying when you expect a live person to get to the phone like in 10 mins more like forever . This service sucks big time. I don’t recommend them to anyone .

I joined their subscription to see if they can help with a misunderstanding by an occ cop that just was looking to write tickets. after 7 calls to the attorney in charge of my case and no reply back. i contacted tvc for the 6th time and nothing. this has been going in 6 weeks. court date is 1/16/19. here it is 1/12/19 and I can't even get anyone to call me back about it. place is a fraud!! DO NOT JOIN THEY WILL NOT HELP. THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY!
