Screwed up billing again.!!!!!!! Two boys go in for same service and I get two different charges again. Started with zero balance. Happens every time. Changing dentist!

I believe there is dishonest people working at your clinic took my money and didn’t give me a receipt for the cash amount and for the credit card payment I made that day and when asked they kept saying they don’t remember they didn’t say didn’t happen I’m sure one day you’re going to find that person stole my money What is weird too I can’t talk to the owner of your location
I could tell the hygienist was rushing through the procedure and was more painful than my first visit

Had very good care and did not have insurance that covered dental. I paid 100% at the time of the service. Turned 65, now on Medicare with a supplement that does cover dental and was told I could no longer be seen because they don't accept Medicare. I simply do not understand this one. Very unfortunate
