Most of the sales folks knew very, very little about electric vehicles. We got several misleading statements. Braxton saved the sale to Twin falls Chev. He knows a great deal about EV's and was very willing to look up and research answers for all of the questions we had. Even after the sale he has been a great resource. I have nothing else to say some I guess I will come up with some unrelated, nonsense stuff to satisfy the nonsense requirement that I have 250 words. Not sure who came up I

Great service. Got my vehicle in fast and they did a great job and it was done us in few hours. I havent had a dealership get my stuff done so fast and taken in right away. Loved it
This was for the heated seat chip recall. They were fast and were great.
They allowed me to walk in without appointment. They were friendly and communicated throughout the service which was fast. I told the service writer of a concern I had and he got it handled. I believe pricing was fair not out of line. The service writer explain my service items after and what will be needed on the next service and set expectation of pricing.
