I ended up having a great experience at Subaru. I got my car serviced and new tires and and alignment for my tires. Chris was excellent to work with. There was a bit of a miscommunication, but Chris did everything in his power to rectify it and made the experience great!

They are very good at communicating with the customer but they could work on communication between other departments in there business. We went up to address some issues we found with our truck after purchase. We discussed them with our sales rep over the phone a week in advance of our appointment. When we arrived the service tech didnt have the information he needed so he had to start from scratch. This cost us a 14 hour trip out of town and quite a bit of money just to have to go back again costing us another long trip.
Chris at the service department was amazing and took care of me. I would suggest their service department.
