They figured out what the problem was & were able to get it fixed. The warranty on the transmission expired just 2 days before it had problems. We were told when we purchased the car the transmission was new or rebuilt. When the service manager looked it up, he found that it was not new, but used. We were extremely unhappy to hear that, after were led to believe it was new. We believed we were lied to, to get us to buy the car.
