I appreciate how personal and professional the service dept was AFTER having to be rescheduled because they sent my ordered part for my broken door lock back even though I had an appointment scheduled! Extremely frustrating since I live 3 1/2 hours away and had I not checked before travelling the next day, would have had to return. Ugh! Upon arriving for the rescheduled appointment, I was given a loaner car, which was extremely appreciated. Upon getting my FIXED car back, however, I was unable to even open my door! Argh! They were very prompt with the service
Mostly a fantastic experience, but for one thing....When I picked up my car, they did not convey their concerns about the car's brakes needing service soon. Instead, I got it in an e-mail two or three days later. Face to face is always better.
Easy to make an appointment and very quick appointment!
The things they did do were great especially the detail job. However, I explain what I need in the notes when making the appointment on my Subaru app and then have to explain and remind them 2 more times after. We pay for just about every perk possible for our outback and again I have to tell them every time what coverages we have. I would think that would just come up when the customer name is put in.
