RecommendedComing to quote and coordinating everything around my timetable to the team that came on moving day. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They were incredibly professional, kind and friendly seeing how worried and stressed I was. I have to say as tough as it was we were out and moved in hours and the guys went beyond the call of paid service to make the move as smooth as possible. I’m really thankful and I’d highly recommend Two men and a moving van!

RecommendedThey had smart strategies for how to get random items down efficiently and we're thoughtful about stuff that was potentially easy to damage. They went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed They helped wrap stuff we didn't have safe enough to travel. Would use again next time we move! I love Two men and a moving van.

We were given a quote for a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 movers at 3-4 hours and a specific price. Only 2 movers showed up (an hour later than the arrival window) and instead took nearly 7 hours to move us. Because of the additional time past the quote, we paid about 1.5x the quoted price. The movers themselves did a fine job (though one did leave pee splashed across our never-used toilet), but I can't say I'd recommend this company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately they are irresponsible and unprofessional to say the least! Their driver absolutely DESTROYED our beautiful neighborhood entry gate, we have several witnesses, pictures, and even a case with Washington State Patrol. They stated that they know their driver made a mistake and were very apologetic and instructed us to get a repair estimate immediately and they would take care of it. This is the worst moving company I've worked with. They pad their billing, took a one hour and 40 minute lunch and only credited me with 45 minutes. The foreman spent 1/ 3 of his time on the phone rather than load the truck. They damaged about 10 items of mine in a 9 mile move. I was told I would not receive compensation because I didn't pay them to wrap my possessions. I watched the foreman be so careless with my things. They even broke an outside stair railing without telling me but I saw them topple a cabinet over it.... read more

This business has good reviews, which led me to use them. Reality was a different story. I had an awful experience, and continue to regret this service as I find broken glass items packed irresponsibly and art prints ruined because they were shoved in a box with out protection. Upon request for support, the supervisor refused to take full accountability and dismissed my concerns. The movers are clearly inexperienced, or not strong enough Therefore could not move heavy furniture probably, damage was caused to furniture and freshly finished wooden floor!!!
