Very pleaseded with the service of this company. The customer relations officer was very good and took care of all my concerns. THe team arrived right on time. They quickly started to prepare the furniture by wrapping them up and shrink wrapping each piece. We had a 4 bedroom home and 4 years of stuff/time filling it so we had a lot of things to move. Nothing was broken,all itemwere wrapped and packed expertly.
Excellent service, from the lovely and competent survey guy to the packing and removal guys. All professionals, no improvised. Transparent policy and pricing also very competitive with other mover franchise.
I recently completed our move with the company and we are more pleased with the experience. The customer service staff kept in contact with me the days before the moveand answered any and all of my questions. I received a reasonable qoute as well. They were careful with everything in addition they were personable, strong and smart about how they moved our valuable items.
O was a bit worried about the cost at first but man! This is worth every penny. Ivan and another fella were our movers and they were great. Called before they left the office, and when they arrived hustled and moved things out so quickly!
Professional at every point! I loved the detailed room by room checklist, it made me confident that he estimate I received would be accurate and not based simply on hours and mileage, which as vague, THe movers were on time and professional. They protected the floors, furniture was well padded, beds taken apart and rebuilt, everything was well orchestrated and efficient. We were so impressed with John and Oscar. They moved everything without any scratches or breakage, including a glass cabinet that had to be laid on it's side! William was excellent at communicating all details of the move and if there was a risk of breakage. In additiona they were very efficient. I would highly recommend them as movers.
