Our initial conversation with Kayla was detailed and her follow up was perfect. Appreciated the two guys (Desmond and Joel i believe) who helped with my move today. Very careful with my furniture and boxes. Took their time to pack everything appropriately. Our new house has stairs and I was worried that would slow them down - but it didn’t. They were very efficient. Also the front office was very communicative and passed along the necessary information.

We had the A team today : James T. ; James P. ; Juan M; Joshua S. Took a disaster pack job by the Tinley Park, Illinois crew and got us all moved in. They should have taken pictures of the way the POD was packed as an example of what not to do. They Put things where we asked , listened to my wife ( made my life easy) and were very mindful of the floors, walls and our stuff. You could choose anyone to move you but I’d choose these guys again in a heartbeat.

Michael, Dez, and Bryce made moving day so easy for me! They were very careful, very capable, and very nice. And they were so efficient, the time came in under the lowest estimate, so I ended up saving money! And the office staff is great! I'd recommend them to anyone!
