Terrible billing management. They were paid by our insurance and they mixed up the payment and will not communicate with the insurance to fix. Insurance has proven the Dr has received payment and yet I have been paying to keep it out of collections along with their $5 “finance fee”. Learned today that it was sent to collections. Considering legal action. Their odd hours and delayed replies in email make it 100x worse. STAY AWAY!!
