Dr. Kern is absolutely awesome! His staff are all professional and courteous.. And his office had the aroma of Pot Roast with all the frills and dressings! Lucky Me!

Dr Leland is the best. Best chair side, always on time but never makes you feel rushed. Most important, no pain and this from an implant patient. And great staff!
My son Kyle had 4 of his wisdom teeth pulled in this office. All staff were courteous and had us checked in in no time. The assistants in the procedure room explained everything that was being done before doing anything. They were kind and patient with Kyle. After we got home Dr Kern called and inquired on how Kyle was doing. Kyle is healing very nicely, with some pain and discomfort, but was provided all the meds to help through it all. Would definitely recommend Austin Oral Surgery in Marble Falls.
