I had my wisdom teeth removed today at the Temple location. This was the first time in my life that I was “put under” and was quite nervous about it. Dr. Cain explained to me at my consultation two days ago every reason as to why I need not be nervous about anesthesia procedure from a logical but also from a clinical standpoint. Had one of my wisdom tooth extracted yesterday. Dr Tyler was great. And they have the most pleasant staff. The minute that you walk in the 3 young ladies at the front desk greet you with the most friendly welcome.

Let me start by saying I have tons of anxiety when it comes to the dentist, especially bigger procedures. This morning, I had my second procedure with Dr. Cain and his staff and it was amazing! They did everything to make me feel as comfortable as possible and they put me at ease. Everything was wonderful from the check-in process to the recovery room. I would recommend Austin Oral Surgery to anyone, most especially to those who have reservations about dentists.
Not often I get to say this about a surgeon and their office, Dr Ding & staff were exceptional. I was skeptical going in, as I usually am with surgery, from consultation to procedure and post-op. They did a great job covering details, working with insurance, putting my mind at ease, and following up afterwards.

I couldnt be more pleased by the love and care this professional staff provided. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I was able to get an appt within an hour, had the option for sedative dentistry! No more anxiety!! From the receptionist, the Dr & all the staff, it was all 5 stars. Would definitely be confident referring them to friends and family!!
