He was very on top of his game and took care of me all the way through the procedure. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have any kind of dental work done. I was referred to Dr. James Rominger DDS,MD for wisdom teeth removal~ he did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone! No pain, no ice packs, no swelling ~ truly was expecting the worst~ instead had a great experience! Thank you for being so kind, gentle and doing a great job on a hard dental case! The staff at Both Alamo maxillofacial surgical associates offices were great as well and made me feel so comfortable! Great experience and I would like to say a big Thank You for your excellent work!

I am a patient of Dr. Andrew Hanna's and there are not enough stars to describe what I think of Dr. Hanna. He has performed three surgeries for me and he is not only a wonderful surgeon but is a very kind man. I also love the staff at this clinic. I had a very very bad dental experience and became terrified of going to any dentist at all. Dr. Hanna is the type of doctor that has the ability to put you at ease about having oral surgery. Dr. Franco pulled 27 of my teeth on 3/7/17. I was very nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Franco and all the staff really put me at ease. It all went smoothly and in the end I did not even have too much pain. I would definitely recommend them for any services she might need. They have been wonderful to work with.
