RecommendedMy experience with NTFOS was a hit from the moment I walked in the door for the first time!! Each department was courteous and did their job to keep me informed during each step of the process. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Brown and Brandi and actually went in to the surgery and procedure with confidence instead of trepidation!! Even the follow up after surgery and final implant implementation was handled very professionally.
My 7 yr old son had an accident and with Dr. Michael determined removing top 4 loosened baby teeth was best. I felt very informed and extremely well take care of by ALL of the staff at NTFOS. The extraction surgery was over in a half hour or so. The ladies up front were all very kind and concerned and the recovery room staff made sure my little boy was in tip top shape before releasing us. I have only great things to say about our experience. Thank you!
Dr. Michael was excellent and Brandi along with the rest of the staff! I was very nervous about my three extractions and the pain I would be in. Before I knew it it was over. Bedside manner was perfect kept me distracted while they put me under and woke up to my husband. Surgery was done in 35 minutes! I am sore but even the day after feeling better than I expected. I had a great experience all around!
My special needs son had his wisdom teeth removed a few weeks ago by Dr. Hunter. Dr. Hunter and his staff were exceptional with our son. The procedure was quick and our son has done really much better than we ever expected. We highly recommend this wonderful place!! Thank you to Dr. Hunter and staff!!
My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth pulled and Dr Brown did a great job. His entire staff are very good.
Dr. Hunter and his team were great from beginning to end. The initial consultation was straight forward and informative. The doctor told me how simple the procedure would be (4 wisdom teeth extracted) and he was so friendly! As far as the procedure, Dr. Hunter delicately placed the IV in my hand and next thing I knew I was waking up in the recovery area. All in all it was a pleasant experience, and I would go back to this team in a heart beat.
Nobody wants to go to the oral surgeon, but if you HAVE to go, Dr. Spingola is a great choice. Everyone in the office is friendly and efficient, and they will take great care of you. The experience was -- dare I say it? -- painless.
I have unfortunately (like many people) had terrible experiences with dentists and facial surgeons. Dr. Brown and his staff (brandey) are super special and empathetic professionals with knowledge amazing bedside manner. This is a rare commodity in any health care field. I am so lucky they were referred by my dentist! Surgery is never fun, but they make it pleasant.
I highly recommend this office. Dr. Michael did a great job removing my daughter's wisdom teeth and is a really nice guy. He did a good job - there were no complications and recovery was easy. The after-care package and info was very thorough and helped a lot, The office staff are super friendly and professional. They're organized and knowledgeable. The office is very peaceful. It was a good experience.
