We were nervous at first as we started looking for our first home. Having no knowledge of how it all works and being on a time crunch. Ty and Halle really stepped in and did an amazing job at helping us with it all and a quick turnaround (closing in under a month to be exact!). We would recommend Q Home Loans to anyone that is wanting to buy a new home (especially for first time home buyers).

I appreciated the personal touch brought to the mortgage process by Ty and Halle, there were some missed communication where one did not know the other had requested, and received, certain docs, but overall it worked out and was completed on time.
Can't do this in a "few words" Ty and Halle extended themselves in every way that matters. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for their 1st home many miles from their current location. We weren't close by(about 3hrs away), but they took care of everything we could toss at them. Questions answered, concerns squelched. We picked the right people for this!! Ty and Halle Beaudry are an amazing duo, going through the home loan process with them was amazing. I had so many questions that were always answered immediately. Even with troubles getting my 401k loan they were there to explain and obtain all the information needed to push forward. I’d recommend them to everyone. 10/10 service!
