This is the second time we have worked with Ty Thompson. In both instances, he has been extremely personable, responsive, patient and friendly. Due to the Corona virus and the flood of folks wanting to re-finance, the process took longer than antipated. However, the timing was perfect. Ty is extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed by phone calls, emails and such. I never had to worry. : ) Thank you Ty for your professional and outstanding work!
