My wife and I found our dream home, and it wasn't the typical deal, to say the least. We wanted a special combo loan. The house didn't appraise initially as it should have. Tyler was amazing! As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing. He met with me on several occasions to explain the loan process and the expected fees. He was able to give me estimates for several situations (different loan types, more money down etc.) He was very efficient and we were able to close two weeks earlier than expected.
