I had surgery 11/17 and now my vision is worse than before. They told me I have to wear contacts for 3 months and then let them try again. My eyes are so butchered that with contacts in I can't read my phone. But without them I can't safely drive. I tried to get a prescription for glasses but they will not work with me there. Zero stars

Too many underlying costs that aren’t explained.They don’t wipe down the optics that everyone have to use and I now have an infection in my left eye.I guess since he’s the supposedly Dr for the Texas Rangers he thinks everyone is a millionaire and charges way to much for 15 mins. of surgery You pay up front at the office $2500.00 per eye and another $950.00 per eye at the surgery clinic.Guess I’m stuck with $10.00 reading glasses for now.I’m sure some people praise this company for the service provided but my experience ther... read more

We make a point to present all financial obligations prior to moving forward with any procedure. Our prices are very competitive in the DFW market, but I understand some of the advanced options are not for everyone. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Decrease the 2 plus hours office visit wait time. Had cataract surgery performed on both eyes, with follow up lasik and YAG surgery. Not at all satisfied with the results.

Stay away from this place at all costs. My girlfriend had lasik surgery here. Dr Tylock performed the first operation. He screwed up and bacteria grew under the lasik flap. Dr Tylock performed the second operation and the same thing happened, then Dr George got involved. Dr George said Dr Tylock screwed up twice and there was nothing he could do. They have the worst customer service. They charged my mom $ 95 for a kit she never received & argued the fact. Would not recommend them to anyone I know. If you do use them double check your statement. My mom bought only one eye kit that was $ 25 & they said she received the $ 95 one also. Why would anyone buy 2 of the same eye med.
They do a good job on the medical procedures. However they do not care about your time. Be prepared to wait an hour or more from your appointment time
Tylock did my surgery years ago and messed it up. Then was a jerk about it! I have been telling people for years to avoid him.
