I brought my car in for a major repair, still under warranty, Luke Clearwater took care of the situation within a matter of just a few days, he promised me a day for the repair and he had it done 2 days prior to the promised day. First time there for me, first great experience.

I am satisfied with my experiences at this dealership, It's in the neighborhood. However, I did not like the fact that I was responsible for xxxxx my text from you while I was waiting in your waiting room. I wasn't told that this was the process. I waited an extra 20 minutes. I thought this was inpersonal. I expected someone to come and get me when my car was ready. Also your waiting room should provide snacks and bottled water as a courtesy to your client as other dealerships provide to their clients.

The sales team was professional (Genesis) financing was quick and easy and the price was better than I had expected. The whole buying process was very easy
I needed to get my transmission replaced. They took care of everything with the warranty company. My car had a crack on the windshield when returned to me, but they went the extra mile and fixed it for me. All communication was clear and helpful.
I came in and was hoping to get a new car. Wasn’t sure if I was able to my car was pretty much done. I asked for the amount I could get for my old one and then they made it happen and got me into a new car and I was out there within two hours, that’s unheard of. Thank you so much. I love the car.
Love the service and decent pricing! Hate the fact that an item was removed/taken while in dealership possession and they redirected the blame on me. They didn't even investigate or seem to care but that's understandable as it wasn't their belongings.
