Very courteous, friendly people. I got helped immediately walking in the door. The service advisor,Rich McAnally, was very professional, pleasant, told me what would transpire. I expected to have to wait a few days for the job to be done, but I didn’t. I was greatly pleased and satisfied with my experience. I will be returning for any additional service my Rogue may need.

"Oh man, you won't believe the runaround I got from other mechanics about my Nissan. They were all like, 'Your alternator is shot, you need to fix it ASAP.' But then I decided to take it to Tynan's Nissan for a second opinion. And guess what? They checked it out and said everything was fine! Can you believe it? And the cherry on top was that they didn't even charge me for the check-up, and they even washed my car. Seriously, Tynan's Nissan of Aurora is the real deal. Highly recommend!"

Came in with car having lots of different things going on. It was determined we needed a new engine. Luckily we had a 3rd party drivetrain warranty and Rich was very helpful working with them through the whole thing. Now all seems to be good again

The dealership was very clean and organized and the staff was more than friendly! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my first car purchase was no less than excellent! The only incident that occurred was the person that waited on us had to go back to see what was the and hold that was making us wait for our vehicle when the work was completed.
