Jose was very professional while doing his job as well. Overall Nissan has been good to my family over the years. That was the major part in me making my decision to purchasing the Nissan Rogue.
I was happy with my tune up a d replacement of windshield wipers. Since your people did my oil change and filled my window washer solution I feel they were responsible for the cap falling off. I never opened the hood until I stopped at Nissan to have the window washer solution filled. Your man found it empty and the top gone. It should have been replaced while I was there and at no fee. Thank you
