I've been working with Adnan for years now. I feel a warm and trusting relationship with him. I appreciate the openness about my service and him not trying to tack on a bunch of unnecessary service. (An example in contrast, Red Rock Nissan in Grand Junction gave me a list of things that needed to be replaced like my air filter - I have a cold air intake K&N filter that isn't replaceable.) This is one of many reasons why I choose to drive 3 hours to work with Adnan and Tynan's.

I feel like the team is there mainly to make money for the Dealer, there is not real interest for the costumer, if they can take more money they will do it, regardless of what they could do to please the costumer, without even caring if the costumer been with titans Nisan for so many years
