As always I have no complaints. I bought my 2005 Nissan from Aurora and it's still running thanks to you. In 2014 my husband bought a 2013 Rouge and I still have it. All my maintenance is done by Nissan in Aurora

Had a weird light come on and Cameron took the time to listen to the recent history for context to the problem. They had to connect to an internal work group and successfully found 1 wire out of 14 in a 4WD wiring harness that had separated. Reconnected wire and problem fixed. No run around, just solved the problem and made the repair. My 2001 Pathfinder is happy and I am too. I appreciate being listened to for information that is pertinent. That is the best part of customer service.
Went to the express lane to have a few items looked at. The battery, front driver side tire, and the brake lights. The battery tested fine. The tire is still losing air, because it still has a screw in it. The tail lights are still out. They said everything was good, but that is not the case. Not the best experience this time around. I will go back and talk to my usual person who deals with the car.
Not as friendly as I would’ve liked, but my service was very decent. As a new Nissan owner I hope that the service will get much better as I will be needing a dealership to take my car to be serviced to in the near future!

I never have a problem with the maintenance staff. They are always polite ,knowledgeable , friendly and very helpful which is a pleasure when I have to deal with this nightmare of a car which isn’t’ even 10 years old and only has 51/52 thousand miles on it. Check the records and you shall see for yourself .. Do you have any good resolutions other than park it and don’t drive it. Huh?
