Tynan Nissan came through for me during this visit. The service technician who helped me was very professional and personable. He listened to my situation and responded with action. He listened to me and didn't talk down to me or laugh in my face because I didn't grasp a concept because I was a woman, unlike the service technician I had previously worked with.
