The whole process from making the appointment through the sale was smooth. Samir was very personable and knowledgeable. It was particularly helpful to work with 2 men who drove a Leaf personally. As this is new technology for us, that meant a lot. I personally dislike being sold to and the system of presenting a product for one price (the extended warranty) and then magically the price "just today" is reduced to make the buyer feel better about it is insulting to me. Adnan is a very nice service advisor, and he knew I was scared to drive since my tire light was going on. I have to drive to the western slope. They checked out the tire I got there, and had a nail in it awhile back. Mohammed was also wonderful, and even helped me change my clock. He is a gentle soul and so is Adnan. Thank you guys for all.
