Provided services on driver window that would not always roll up on first attempt. Could not duplicate problem , but did lubricate the window slides which improved and corrected the problem. Did not charge for services since they did not actually identify a specific problem. For now though, it appears the lubricating fixed the problem.
Every contact at Tynans has been incredibly attentive, helpful and accommodating. My needs are often very last-minute and I’ve been guided through the purchasing, financing and service processes with professionalism but always a human touch.
The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Always gets me in at a moments notice.
