Every time I take my Sentras in for servicing with Tynan’s Service Department, my experience is nothing short of amazing. I have never had to return for anything that wasn’t resolved correctly the first time I bought my car in for servicing. Because of this, Tynan’s had earned my trust. Provided services on driver window that would not always roll up on first attempt. Could not duplicate problem , but did lubricate the window slides which improved and corrected the problem. Did not charge for services since they did not actually identify a specific problem. For now though, it appears the lubricating fixed the problem.
Every contact at Tynans has been incredibly attentive, helpful and accommodating. My needs are often very last-minute and I’ve been guided through the purchasing, financing and service processes with professionalism but always a human touch.
The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Always gets me in at a moments notice.
